ROCKY II MONTAGE WORKOUT

It’s not about how hard you can hit… but these athletes hit it hard at the beginning of the year in our ROCKY Montage Workout! They proved they have what it takes to go the distance!

JOIN US FOR FROZEN TUNDRA
We’ve taken on this event year after year and last year we won the team competition! We’d like to win it again this year! And with the addition of the 5 mile race we’d like to win both the 2.5 and 5 milers! It’s all in good fun, but we love a little challenge to inspire all our athletes to push harder and get out and do tough things!
We highly recommend our kids and teens run the 2.5 mile race! They work hard in class and are ready to run this distance! It’s great for the first time racers and those experienced who are learning to run faster! For the adults if you’re new to running do the 2.5 mile, but if you’ve been attending our classes most of you are ready for the 5 mile race! Push yourself to go farther or for the experienced runners see how fast you can run it!
Remember you don’t have to be first to help us win as a team! Regardless of the outcomes this event is a lot of fun and a great experience for connecting with our team and the local running community! We hope to see many of you out there at this race!

PUSH YOUR LIMITS WITH
FREEZING FITNESS 3: COLUMBIA DRIFT
We return for the 3rd installment of the Freezing Saga! A 45 minute workout to warm you up and then a jump into the Columbia River to test your fortitude! This has been a great event the past two times and there’s no better time to do a cold plunge than after a fast paced workout. With the workout we warm up our core temperatures making us more resilient to the cold water. It’s still tough, but this is mind over matter!
This event is open to kids, but only the workout portion. Teens (13-17) are welcome to do the plunge, but will require parent/guardian permission and present for the plunge. And for the adults the plunge is encouraged, but not required. You can join for just the workout and pass on the plunge.
